The Kilpatrick Gallery’s Story

Hardship can either consume a person or shape them into something stronger. When I refuse to let suffering win, it transforms into something else entirely — and that transformation has to go somewhere.

It goes into the metal.

It goes into the paint.

My grandfather taught me how to weld, and much of my inspiration comes from him. Through him, I learned to respect the process, the discipline, and the relationship between human hands and raw material.

Every piece I create is an act of channeling. What once lived as pain becomes movement, frequency, and form. That energy lives in every weld, every stroke, and every piece that eventually finds its way to the person it was meant for.

I believe energy never disappears. It shifts. It evolves. It takes on new form.

My hardest days did not vanish — they became this work.

And now this work is searching for the people who need it.

My art is what I have. So my art is what I give.

When you bring a piece from Kilpatrick Gallery into your home, you become part of something real — a circle of energy that supports my family, deepens my gratitude, and sends that spirit back into the world. Endlessly.

Kilpatrick is my middle name, and to me it means one thing: you do not quit.

It is the name of someone who gets knocked down and gets back up, every time, without exception.

Every piece that leaves this gallery carries that spirit with it. The grit is in the metal. The resilience is in the paint.

And when that piece enters your home, some of that unbreakable energy moves forward with it.

The circle of energy keeps moving.

The circle completes itself.

And that is what gives the work its life and purpose.
